Are there free masks and gloves in the hotel?
All our guests can be left to their rooms whenever they wish, or they can provide free masks, gloves, disinfectants and cologne from our reception.

Is your hotel working full capacity?
In order to comply with the social distance rule in all areas, our facility does not operate at full capacity.

Who should i contact if i don't feel well?
If you have any discomfort during your stay, it will be sufficient to inform the Reception staff. Our team members will provide all the assistance you need to receive healthcare support.

Can i go out of the facility during my stay?
There is no harm in going out of the facility during your stay. On the return of our guests leaving the facility, their body temperature is checked at the entrance of the hotel with a non-contact thermometer, and our guests who show any signs of illness are directed to the health institution.

Is it obligatory to wear a mask outside the facility?
There is no obligation to wear a general mask outside the facility. Shopping mall etc. Visitors without a mask are not accepted in all closed areas.

Where can I get a mask if I need it?
We have free masks at our reception for the use of our guests. If you need urgently outside the facility, you can get a mask from the nearest pharmacy.

How are rooms disinfected?
Room cleaning is carried out daily with disposable sterile cloths and mats for each room in accordance with the recommendations of the World Health Organization, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey and the Ministry of Health. After general cleaning and disinfection of all areas, frequently used products (telephone, TV remote, etc.) are also disinfected. Catalogs, magazines or print materials that are in our normal standards and materials that may weaken the hygiene rules through contact have been removed from our rooms. When the guest leaves the room, the room is completely disinfected with ULV devices, and new guest entry takes place only after the end of this process. The shampoo, soap and similar amenities offered to our guests in the rooms are offered in disposable packages. The cleaning of our rooms and general areas is inspected by international independent organizations.

I don't want the staff to enter my room, how can I get it?
For the comfort of you, our precious guests, our staff will clean your room daily, complete the missing guest amenities and fill your mini bar. If you do not want one or both of these services, it is sufficient to convey your request to our staff in our Guest Relations Department. The products you need can be left at your door in a hygienic bag upon your request.

If the reservations made on our site have been purchased as refundable, you can cancel your reservation free of charge until 1 day before your check-in date, and afterwards by applying a night no-show. Cancellations and cancellations are not made for reservations purchased non-refundable.
